材料: 蟹 600 克 [1.3 磅/1 斤] [洗淨、切塊及瀝乾],紅辣椒 2 隻 [切條],蔥 2 棵 [切段],洋蔥 1/2 個 [切碎],咖喱粉 1 湯匙

Crabs 600 g [1.3 lb] [washed, cut into pieces and drained], Red chilies 2 [cut into strips], Green onions 2 [sectioned], Onion 1/2 [chopped], Curry powder 1 tbsp
Freshly Minced Garlic 1 tbsp
製法: 1. 將蟹放入熱油中炸至金黃熟透,瀝乾。
2. 燒熱3湯匙油,爆香洋蔥、蒜蓉、蔥、紅辣椒及咖喱粉。
3. 加入蟹及芡汁炒至熱透。
1. Deep-fry crabs in hot oil until golden yellow and done. Drain.
2. Heat 3 tbsp oil. Saute onion, minced garlic, green onions, red chilies and curry powder until fragrant.
3. Add crabs, sauce mix and heat through.
