我還按照XDA大神版主的做法完成的以下是步驟，刷6.0真的比原來4.1順一些

• Android 4.1.1 (JB; Nvidia logo on bottom right @ boot <> under Asus logo)
• GPS 7.9.13
• Wi-Fi 7.1.0.24
• BT 10.33
• Camera FT201-0x9900
• Screen MXT-2.0 build-170
• Kernel 3.1.10.00002-9599d0cf android@Mercury
o #1 SMP PREEMPT Thui Nov 22:12:01 CST 2012
• Build nr JR003C.WW_epad-10.4.2.18-20121122
• Pad EC TF201-PAD-0215
• Mobile Dock TF201-DOCK-0207
1. Unlock bootloader
• http://www.asus.com/Tablets/Eee_Pad_Transformer_Prime_TF201/HelpDesk_Download/, OS»Android, Utilities, Unlock Device App V6 (states “only for ICS”, however also Works with JB)
• DL APP to tablet; direct link= http://dlcdnet.asus.com/pub/ASUS/EeePAD/TF201/UnLock_Device_App_V6.apk
• Run the built in file explorer on tablet and browse to the downloaded file
• Tap the Unlock APK to install
• Run the unlocker and follow directions; you’ll get several warnings
• The unlock will take a few minutes, reboot and on the top left corner say “Unlocking Device”. When done it will say “Device Unlocked”
• ! If you fail to authenticate to GOOGLE then ENABLE "Disable access for less secure apps" setting in the "Google Security page" that thinks this APP is suspicious. Go > https://security.google.com/settings/security/activity >

2. Root
• Prepare tablet
• go to setting, under system click on "developer options" and enable "usb debugging". If you don’t have a "developer options" click on "about tablet", and click 7 times on "build number" until it says "congratulations now you are a developer". Now you should see the "developer options on the left, right above "about tablet" (then enable usb debugging
• under "personal" click tab "security" and enable "unknown sources"
• DISABLE ANTI-VIRUS
• connect tablet to laptop/pc (Windows 7 loads all drivers)
• download motochopper: http://www.mediafire.com/?f4lipgd1hh3jug2 and extract
• run the file that says "run.bat" as administrator and follow steps on the screen
• if all goes well, your device should be rooted and you should have supersu installed. You can check it with ‘Root Checker’ app from Gooogle Play.
3. Upgrade bootloader (from stock 10.4.2.18) and flash recovery
Prerequisites
o Fully charged tablet plugged into your computer
o USB Debugging enabled under Developer Options (Note: This may be listed as ADB Debugging on some ROM"s)
o necessary drivers installed and computer is recognizing tablet
o a ‘install directory’, i.e. C:TP, to put in all files below
• DL the Minimal ADB and Fastboot setup.exe to PC from here https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B1S0LCuXCnnmOWhnUk1ZWVdQakE/view?usp=sharing&pli=1 MD5=813C54CDF3B461CD485E23F327ADF725
• Follow the Installers instructions and select ‘install directory’ (geen subdir!!!)
• Run Minimal ADB and Fastboot; you see a command window where you can issue ADB and Fastboot commands to your device

• DL “upgrade_tf201_to_tf300t.zip” from download section at the top of every page of the thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/devdb/project/dl/?id=6853
• Extract to ‘install directory’
• TWRP for a 201 = twrp_tf201t.blob
• TWRP for the 300 = twrp_tf300t.blob
• HairyBean BL & TWRP (flashable zip) to turn your 201 into a 300
• DL custom recovery (TWRP 2.8.3.0): http://techerrata.com/file/twrp2/tf300t/openrecovery-twrp-2.8.3.0-tf300t.blob and rename it to twrp.blob
• DL ROM KatKiss-5.1_TF201_022_Lite.zip https://yadi.sk/d/u0ETr_T-fwgxh
• DL SuperSu http://forum.xda-developers.com/atta...5&d=1427883426
• DL Gapps https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=95916177934550851
Upgrade bootloader using fastboot
• Power your tablet off and with the [ VOL DOWN & POWER ] buttons boot the tablet into the bootloader
• Once there push [ VOL DOWN ] untill the green box is on the USB ICON, then push [ VOL UP ] to select fastboot
• Make sure your PC can see your tablet by entering this command in DOS window
fastboot devices
You should see serial number of attached device, followed by “fastboot”.
• Now type this command
fastboot -i 0x0b05 flash recovery twrp_tf201t.blob
• Then
fastboot -i 0x0b05 reboot-bootloader
• Push [ VOL UP ] ON RCK to enter recovery
• Once in TWRP check to see if adb is working...
adb devices
You should see “012345678ABCDEF recovery”
• Now push the HairyBean BL onto the tablet
adb push HairyBean_Bootloader_TWRP2.5.zip /sdcard
• Select the install tab in TWRP, search the folder and flash it....
• reboot once it has finished. If asked to install SuperUser say NO..........
• A blue bar will go accross the screen on the tab and the command prompt will indicate it was successful in about 10 seconds
• LET THE BLUE BAR FILL !!!!!!! Once finished it will reboot into Hairybean TWRP
• Once booted into recovery, run this command to boot into fastboot
adb reboot-bootloader
You will see that the USB icon is missing now, this is good... If you still see the USB icon DON"T go to the next step
Flash recovery
• Flash TWRP recovery (leave tablet in boot screen)
fastboot -i 0x0b05 flash recovery twrp.blob
• Once that has finished reboot into bootloader (leave tablet in boot screen)
fastboot -i 0x0b05 reboot-bootloader
• Now enter recovery by pushing [ VOL UP ] ON RCK....
• Make sure TWRP is version 2.8.3.0
• Go to Wipe////Format Data////Type yes
• it can take up to 90 mins to format; DO NOT INTERRUPT THE FORMAT !!!!!!!
• After it"s done, go and change /data to f2fs; DO NOT change /system and /cache partitions to F2FS
o Go to Wipe////Advanced Wipe////Select Data
o Tap “Repair or Change File System”////”Change File System////F2FS
o Swipe to Change
4. Install new ROM
• Copy (with Explorer) KatKiss-5.1_TF201_022_Lite.zip+UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.40.zip+ gapps-5.1.x-20150404-minimal-edition-signed.zip to root of microSD
• Go to Wipe////Advanced Wipe////Select Dalvik Cache+System+Cache+Internal Storage
• Swipe to Wipe
• Select the install tab in TWRP, change to microSD, select KatKiss-5.1_TF201_022_Lite.zip and flash it....
• Flash UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.40.zip
• Flash gapps-5.1.x-20150404-minimal-edition-signed.zip
• Clean Dalvik Cache and cache
• REBOOT into android, first boot can take up to 15 minutes
