[求救] 小弟剛剛平板ROOT.怎們發生這樣(我用一建ROOT)

我是2014.10.1(LTE)版本4.4.2.小弟我手機NOTE3也是這樣ROOT沒事.但是我平板ROOT下去.就便這樣.現在都無線出現這樣關機也沒用.不知道有哪個大大知道怎們處理..
