原文:As a result, Android 4.1 is now heading to the Xperia U. Some countries have received the upgrade already, while others should see it roll out in the coming weeks. The upgrade is free, but requires that the user connect the smartphone to Sony's desktop software rather than using the over-the-air update system built into Android itself.
So far, however, there is no news as to whether Sony plans to follow up its Android 4.1 update with Android 4.2, a minor revision to 'Jelly Bean' that refines some features and adds new functionality.
