Thank you for contacting Pokémon Support! We apologize for the delay. With the release of Pokemon GO, our site has been having some troubles with the amount of people coming to the site at once. Please read through this as this addresses many issues.
Account Activation - Please try to request the activation email once again. If you have not yet received your activation email, we can assist. Please reply back with your username, date of birth, and the email address that should be on your account.
Parent Verification - If you are having trouble with this, please reply back with your username so that we can look into this issue.
Forgotten Password - If you have forgotten the password, you will need to use the Forgot Password feature on the site. You should only need your username and email for this feature.
We recommend that you clear your internet browsing history/cache and/or try using another browser to reset your password. Also, we recommend using a computer as the site is not fully optimized for mobile. The site also seems to be case sensitive, so you will need to enter your email and your username exactly how they were entered when you first signed up.
Logging into GO, Unable to Authorize - This could be one of two issues. The first is to log into your account on pokemon.com. Then check your Pokemon GO settings to make sure you have accepted the Terms of Use for GO. If you have done that and are still getting the error, please make sure you are entering your username exactly as it is on the pokemon.com website as it is case sensitive.
If you are having troubles logging into Pokemon GO and you have tried all other options, first check if you can log into the pokemon.com. If you can log into the website, you will need to contact Niantic with any other issues.
For any other issues revolving around Pokemon GO you will need to contact Niantic Support as they made and maintain the game.

自從8/13那天被鎖時,我寄信給官方
終於在今天9/2 早上收到回信,我以為是被永久鎖定的信,結果不是
大概去翻譯了一下,結果不是很懂他的意思 (我明明是寄關於我帳號被鎖定的信件)
這是要請我去驗證帳號的意思?
但是他也沒有寄驗證碼到信箱給我
接著登入遊戲帳號依然顯示
unable to authenticate please try again
接著我到 pokemon.com 官網要登入帳號時,發現 ... 我是GMAIL帳號找不到登入的地方...
有人有收到一樣的信嗎?
