本人於2014年11月6日購買遊戲之首儲禮包，完成交易後，顯示購買失敗，而且沒有收到該禮品，但本人於信用卡中心檢查購買記錄時，確定而完成交易及付款，所以貴公司需發還該禮包

I am on 6 november 2014 to buy the game"s first storage packs,after the transaction is completed,the display purchase fail,and did not recevie the gift,but when i checked on the credit card center records to determine the completion of the transaction and payment.
So your company need to be returned to the pack,
