After graduating from Tokyo University of the Arts, he completed the Meister Class at the Munich College of Music.
She is Aki Fujii, a pianist who continues to be active both domestically and internationally.
She has a wide repertoire ranging from baroque to contemporary, and has been not only a soloist but also
Her musical activities as an ensemble pianist have transcended borders and reached Europe.
She has repeatedly performed at music festivals and regular orchestra concerts.
She is also active in recording, and her CD of <Chopin Etudes> on a Pleyel fortepiano made in 1843, during the composer's lifetime, was highly acclaimed.
This is her first CD with Fontec, and includes a live performance of an all-Bach program held at Hamarikyu Asahi Hall in December 2014.
The first half and second half of the three solo works are ambitious, with the concerto performed with the Tokyo Chamber Orchestra.
We will be guided by Bach's music that transcends time and space - the thoughts and fulfillment of ``the light that people find at the end of prayer'' and ``the limitless life force of human beings''.
