Supported launchers include Nova, Apex, Action Launcher, Inspire and ADW and to some extent Smart Launcher. Aviate seems to work - at least the logcat replies politely enough, but without an invitation, I can"t test it.
Go Ex doesn"t work, nor will it ever, because Go interprets icon masks differently and ruins everything.
Next Launcher can use the icons via its Theme Manager, but masks would probably be broken there as well.
The same goes for Mini Launcher.
