你可以用"萬能五筆輸入法" 打簡體轉繁體以便溝通另外多回文就有多碎鑽不然就去解任務也是方法之一

I suggest...
Maybe you can ask your colleague or friends to test the link is correct or not...
Or
Change different browsers and then try again...

You may right click the download link and select 'open link in new tab'
After then u will automatically transferred into a new tab, find the words '點我下載' and simply click it.
The words is within the advertisement, quite hard to find it, I also confused at the 1st time -.-
