No, its not the reason.  Everyone here successfully installed the cracked 1.8 only after uninstalling the official v 1.82 from play store. As long as you have installed  the official version from play store, not from searched  by youself,  then run app after downloading the map you need. Then uninstalling the official version,  install  the cracked v1.8. It should work, unless your device cpu not support

我使用android vpn.已經可以下載了..但卻在一下載完.還沒看到安裝就手機重新開機..我的手機是ASUS EZ550KL. ...

Not sure HK PLAY STORE NEED VPN or not,  but I suggest  you install vpn app,  then follow the steps mentioned.
