針對「民主鬥陣」等公民團體，為了阻止王張會進行，日前投宿諾富特飯店時，遭警方偕同業者強行「破門」一事。該飯店27日以「中英文」對照方式，再發布聲明表示，在他們經營所在地，有責任「尊重台灣當地的法律和法規」。

諾富特飯店指出，在25日一早，當飯店團隊即察覺數名未登記住宿人士，同住於2名6月24日投宿人士房間內，依據台灣當地法律，每位登記住宿的房客入住時，需出示相關證明文件及填妥住房登記卡。

而根據消防、安全法規，業者也提到，按前述案件，該組房客入住人數，已經超過飯店每房所允許人數，飯店員工因此多次向這些未登記住宿者提出上述要求，並建議出示證明文件或離開飯店。

無奈這些人持續拒絕遵守規定，諾富特指出，在「飯店『介入』後，房內7人離開飯店」。最後業者強調，他們非常重視客戶和員工的人身安全及權益，且必須落實所有程序，以確保整體安全性及防護措施。

On early Wednesday morning our team became aware that a number of unregistered persons were staying with two registered guests who checked in the hotel on 24 June.
星期三早晨，本飯店團隊察覺有數名未登記住宿人士同宿在兩名登記六月24號住宿的人士房間內。

In addition, fire, health and safety regulations stipulate the total number of guests permitted to stay in each room, which was exceeded in this case. According to law in Taiwan, each person staying in the hotel must present identification and complete registration formalities.
依據台灣當地法律,每一位登記住宿的客人需於入住時出示相關證明文件及填妥住房登記卡，此外依據消防、安全法規,按前述案件該組房客入住人數已超過飯店每房所允許人數。

Hotel staff repeatedly advised the unregistered persons of these requirements and asked that they present identification or leave the hotel.
飯店員工多次向這些未登記住宿者提出上述要求並建議未登記住宿者需出示證明文件或離開飯店。

When they continually refused to comply, the hotel involved and seven persons in the room left the hotel.
當他們持續拒絕遵守規定，飯店介入後，房內七人離開飯店。
