[color=rgba(17, 17, 17, 0.6)]常溫雞蛋  6顆  
[color=rgba(17, 17, 17, 0.6)]蛋白、蛋黃分開
[color=rgba(17, 17, 17, 0.6)]砂糖     75克 (可減至60克)
[color=rgba(17, 17, 17, 0.6)]鹽        1克
[color=rgba(17, 17, 17, 0.6)]註:打發蛋白的盆子要無油無水哦!
