我想更新城4.0~
可是我下載台阪和港版的kies都不能更新耶~
他一直顯示目前為最新韌體~

You can download the German ROM and flash with Odin3 if you want to use ICS in first hand.
This version of ICS do not provide any Chinese interface if you ok with that, or you have to wait for Taiwan or Hong Kong Version release in next couple days or weeks.
