i wont it ruu or zip or TWRP Backup

i tried Images file but not work After flash Images files myphone

no start up For this wont rom ruu or zip or TWRP- Backup

I want rom : himaruhl cid :HTC__621Asia TW 1.10.709.2
I searched the internet I did not find, but only Images

i just have Images boot,img + recovery.img +system.img i flash via fastboot but after flash my phone no startup is stop on htcone screen then restart
