之前我遇到這問題mail 問過google 他們回信給我如下…
(我在他們回信前，用雙wipe+ 清除 sd （是內建那塊不是插卡）解決掉了，後來也就沒在出現過問題)

please make sure you've cleared the cache and data of both the
Market application and the Download manager and uninstall the updates on
the Google Play Store. Here's how:
1. Visit Menu > Settings > Applications > Manage applications
2. Tab over to "All"
3. Select the Market application, and then tap "Clear data" and "Clear
cache"
For the Download manager:
1. Visit Menu > Settings > Applications > Manage applications
2. Tab over to "All"
3. Select "Download manager," and then tap "Clear data" and "Clear cache"
Please note that after clearing the Google Play Store app data, if you
have set a PIN code and/or a content filter, you'll need to re-apply these
settings.
Do these steps to temporarily uninstall Market updates:
Android 2.2 or higher:
1) Go to "Home" > "Menu" > "Settings" > "Applications" > "Manage
applications"
2) Touch the "All" tab
3) Scroll down and select the Market application
4) Touch "Uninstall updates"
After doing these steps reboot your device and keep in mind this will
revert Google Play Store to the original version that came with your
device. Google Play Store should automatically self-update to the current
version within a few days. After performing these steps relaunch the

設定->應用程式->右邊的"全部"
把Google服務架構、Google Play商店都"強制停止"+"清除資料"，(不要按到"停用"喔!)
然後重開機之後應該就沒問題了~
