If the device menus are frozen or unresponsive, you can master reset using hardware keys. For this operation, you will use the Volume down key to move the screen cursor to select items and the Power key to perform actions. Both are located on the back of the device as shown.
To perform a master reset using the hardware keys, follow these steps:
Back up all data on the internal memory.
Turn off the device.
Press and hold the Power and Volume down keys on the back of the device.power volume down.png
When the LG logo appears, release and then re-hold the Power key while continuing to hold the Volume down key.
The Factory data reset screen appears.
Press the Volume down key to advance the cursor until Yes is selected.
Press the Power key to confirm.
The Erase all user data and restore default settings screen appears.
Press the Volume down key until Yes is selected.
Press the Power key to confirm.
The device restarts. Wait until the process is finished.
Your device is now reset to its original factory settings.

以下三個步驟特別注意。
