If you completely lost root on v1.75, please try this version and see if it fixes the problem:
BETA-SuperSU-v1.76.zip
If you partially lost root (apps that had access granted already still work), please check if this update helps (it probably will not), and get me the output of the "mount" and "printenv" command from a terminal session on your device (either Android Terminal Emulator or adb shell is fine)
