Intel 22nm 的 Atom 處理器看起來將會越來越複雜了…

就我們所知道的資料中，Intel 將會在 9 月份開始釋出 22nm 的 Atom 處理器，其平台代號將為 Bay Trail，而除了原先已知的 T、M、D 系列外，現在將再添加一款 I 系列的工業級產品。

22nm 製程的 Bay Trail 平台，是基於 Silvermount 架構而生，這一代主要特色是效能提升，但功耗卻往下降了不少。
另一方面，Intel 開始將 Pentium 和 Celeron 等級處理器納入 Bay Trail 平台中，因此我們可以見到「－M」以及「－D」的處理器。

此外，在已知 Bay Trail-M、Bay Trail-D 和 Bay Trail-T 為智慧型手機和平板電腦用的 Z 系列處理器外，中國深圳某開發公司的一份檔案中，我們見到了針對工業級的 Bay Trail-I 處理器。

根據該份資料指出，IGS 用途的處理器將擁有 7 年保固，最高也將會提供 4 核心處理器，同時時脈可以到 2.41GHz，但在 TDP 部分僅為 10W，似乎相當值得期待。

此外，我們也見到部分處理器擁有 SDP 功耗標示，因此可以判定該款處理器或將用於 Intel 2 in 1 裝置上。
