Dropbox下載安裝後，會在「我的文件」裡建立一個叫做「Dropbox」的資料夾（C:\\\\\\\\Documents and Settings\\\\\\\\My Documents\\\\\\\\Dropbox），裡面還有一個叫做「Photos」和「Public」的資料夾，每個資料夾裡面會有一個說明如何使用資料夾的記事本說明檔案，也是英文的，我把它翻譯如下：
「Public」資料夾：
The Public folder lets you easily share single files in your Dropbox. Any file you put in this folder gets its own Internet link that you can share with others -- even non-Dropbox users!
Step 2: Right-click this file, then choose Dropbox > Copy Public Link. This copies an Internet link to your file that you can paste anywhere: emails, instant messages, blogs, etc.
第二步: 在這個檔案圖示上按滑鼠右鍵，選擇「Dropbox/Copy Public Link」，把這個連結網址複製起,來並貼到你的email 、MSN或部落格等裡面。
That\\\\\\\'s it! To share your file, just send the link to a friend.
只要把連結網址寄給朋友，朋友就可以分享你的檔案。
「Photos」資料夾：
The Photos folder allows you to share photos with anyone (even non-Dropbox users) in an online gallery.
photo資料夾讓你和朋友,即使不是Drop box的用戶分享線上的相簿。
Step 1: Make a folder inside the Photos folder, and give it a name. This will be the name of your gallery.
第一步:在photo資料夾裡再建立一個資料夾, 並予以命名，這個就是你的相簿的名稱。
Step 2: Put some pictures inside the folder you just created.
