刷完之後,wifi跟藍芽,以己主相機無法使用

I had one UTA-HD1. And, I can't find any ROM for it either.
However, I finally tried to flash the below CWM and Taiwan101 ROM. And, it works.
CWM: From 20120802_e1809c_v75_gq1008_ov5647_CWM.tonys\20120802_e1809c_v75_gq1008_ov5647

ROM: Taiwan101_STAR-i9220_V.03.zip

You may try, at your own risk.
Notice:
0. Use MTK_Rom_Studio backup your original recovery.img and boot.img.
1. Regarding flashing CWM, just follow the procedure proposed in internet, by SP_Flash_Tool (I used v3.1224.01). And, only flash recovery.img. Don't touch anything else.
2. To flash the ROM, make backup with CWM first and make sure your backup succeeds.
3. Before flashing the new ROM, clear/wipe the data first (from CWM). I failed originally due to I didn't wipe the data first.

In general, your machine will be safe if you:
1. don't touch the preloader
2. always have a backup of working recovery.img and boot.img.
3. always have a backup of working ROM

I've been tried. But the camera didn't work on my phone. Are they fully workinn on your phone?

應該是你的機子版本跟你刷的ROM不同吧!
