In August of this year, Myuto Morita, who began his music career as a solo artist, will release his 1st EP "SIKI".
The title track of this EP, SIKI, shares the same name as the art exhibition "Myuto Morita Exhibition 'SIKI'" that Myuto spent a year touring across Japan. This song represents the culmination of his 2024 activities. The song is a life hymn that mixes a rap song about lazy life with a song about finding happiness in the changing "seasons" ("SIKI" in Japanese).
In addition to "SIKI", the EP contains six other songs, including the first single "Time" and the second single "Spinning Out" co-produced with SPENSR, the latest single "siro" co-produced with singer Shota Aratani, "melody" with a pleasant mix of acoustic guitar and vocals, and slow ballad love song "kanata," which seems to emerge from the darkness of the night.
To commemorate the release of this EP, the "Morita Myuto 1st EP 'SIKI' Release Live" will be held at Shibuya WWWX on February 1st.
